Next up is our Senior Buyer, Russell Carson. With 23 years at Stewart Technology, Russell plays a vital role in managing our supply chain and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and to the highest standard.

How long have you been at Stewart Technology?
23 years!
What is your favourite part of your role or project you’ve contributed to?
Seeing a project through from quotation stage until it ships to the customer.
What snack or drink gets you through the day?
Coffee and ham salad sandwiches.
What is your favourite piece of equipment in the factory?
Our new Cim50 MRP software.
What is a typical day like?
Very structured, with the odd panic thrown in to keep things interesting!
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Bowling, cycling and hill walking.
What is your favourite movie or TV show?
I don’t watch TV.
What is one insight from your role that you think clients of partners would find useful?
The difficult I can do immediately, the impossible takes me a little longer.
