Wave Soldering

We utilise wave soldering machines to automate the soldering of many through-hole components.

This drastically improves the speed and accuracy of the soldering on many of our customers’ products.

Selective Soldering

We host a selective soldering machine in our manufacturing facility. This allows us to optimise our production of boards and allows for the soldering of through hole components that are in areas that cannot be wave soldered.

Robotic Soldering

We also have soldering robotics. The robot is easily configurable and by utilising 3D printed jigs we can automate soldering components that are traditionally done by hand.
