Quality Standards
At Stewart Technology, we are committed to delivering excellence through rigorous and consistently applied quality standards. We have proudly maintained ISO 9001 accreditation since 1999, demonstrating our long-standing dedication to robust processes, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
In addition, all assemblies are produced to meet IPC-A-610J Class 2 requirements as standard, with Class 3 specification available upon request for applications requiring the highest level of reliability.
Health and safety is a core priority at Stewart Technology and we ensure the wellbeing of both our staff and customers is always at the forefront of our operations. As an Electronics Manufacturing Services provider, we maintain strict compliance with industry health and safety standards, including proactive risk assessments, safe equipment handling procedures and ongoing monitoring of the production environment.
All employees receive comprehensive training in workplace health and safety protocols, covering areas such as Electrostatic Discharge control, safe use of machinery, handling of chemicals / soldering materials and emergency response procedures. We also equip our team with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure they can carry out their work safely and confidently.
To support safe electronics manufacturing, our staff wear anti-static lab coats and anti-static wrist straps, protecting both personnel and sensitive components. These measures allow us to maintain a safe, compliant and reliable working environment across every stage of production.
In addition, we are accredited to ISO 13485:2016, a rigorous quality management standard tailored specifically to the design, manufacture and support of medical devices.
Achieving this certification underscores our dedication to maintaining traceability, managing risk effectively and meeting stringent regulatory expectations, ensuring that we consistently provide high-quality services to the healthcare industry.
